Booking with us, you are automatically in agreement with the following salon policies.
To better support our staff, protect their livelihood, and respect their time, a credit card will be required to book all permanent makeup appointments. MAGICBROWS will keep your credit card on file.
Our program will conceal your information in an encrypted format, which means that your information is confidential and safe.
Appointments and Cancellations
MAGICBROWS studio accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Zelle, and cash. We do not accept personal checks.
All services and products are non-refundable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us to discuss the experience and any resolutions we can come to.
All permanent makeup services require a $100 deposit to book. Cancellations made with less than 48hrs of notice will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
Cancellations
We understand that you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us due to your busy schedule. To respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment. This is so that we may have ample time to fill the appointment time should you need to cancel your service. Appointments that are canceled less than 48 hours prior will result in a $100 fee (deposit fee). However, we have multiple alerts for appointment confirmations by email, text, or call
No Show/ Late Arrivals
To respect our Stylists' time, if an appointment is no-showed, you will be subject to a $100 no-show fee (deposit fee).
Please be courteous to your Stylist and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment. We thank you for understanding!
Information Privacy
Information collected from this site or at the salon is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment or recordkeeping services.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with your contact information.
Any card information obtained is protected by encryption. WorldPay stores all information with them. No information is kept on location, all information is entered via the live website straight to WorldPay services.
Consultation policy: A consultation is not required as we can consult before we begin the procedure. However, if you have an old tattoo or previous microblading done elsewhere, a consultation is REQUIRED
Requirements before your permanent makeup:
• You must not be Pregnant or Breastfeeding – NO EXCEPTION
• YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
• Skin Allergies to pigment (if you are unsure, we can do a test patch prior to your appointment)
• Must not have viral infections/ diseases, epilepsy, or major heart problems
• Must not have gotten Botox in the last 2 months
• Not on any blood thinning medications
• No acne, raised moles or eczema on/around the brow area
• No HIV, Hepatitis or any other transmittable blood diseases
• Must not have High Blood Pressure, Diabetic, cancer, or undergoing chemo
• Not on any Skin treatment (Accutane, or any other skin thinning treatment/medication)
• Please refrain from taking blood-thinning medication including Aspirin and Vitamins such as Fish Oil for at least 3-5 days before the procedure. No procedure like permanent makeup is recommended for someone prone to Keloids
• For lip procedure, if you have had cold sores in the past, start taking your prescribed medication 4 days before the appointment and 4 days after. We recommend you consult with your doctor before making the appointment
• Must not have used Accutane in the past year or Retin-A 4 weeks prior to appt
• If you have previously tattooed or microbladed eyebrows, please email a clear photo with no filter or makeup on the brows.
